Compassion Mobility!Sometimes "Thank You "does not convey the gratitude you have for the help you received.I would like to share my experience with Compassion Mobility and their service above and beyond.I live in Holladay Utah, I was at an appointment in Salt Lake City on Friday August 26 I came out of my appointment just after 3 PM, entered my Toyota conversion van to head home. When I attempted to move the drivers transfer seat in position to drive, I heard a loud bang and the seat froze . Nothing I attempted would allow the seat to move so I could transfer and drive.I was stranded , it was after 3PM on a Friday. I called all 3 mobility dealers in Salt Lake seeking help. I explained my situation and plight, not one of them would assist, telling me if I could get the van to them they would diagnose the problem , however the earliest one dealer would see me was September 6, the other two on September 16 and 19th.With no one in Salt Lake offering to help, I called Compassion Mobility in Spanish Fork. I spoke with Tonya initially who then transferred me to Robert, Tonya and Robert are the owners. After explaining the issue and my plight, Robert diagnosed the problem over the phone, contacted B&D ordered the parts to be shipped overnight on Monday as it was too late on Friday to ship.My brothers assisted me getting the van home. Parts arrived early Tuesday morning, Brian came to my home at 9:15 , picked up my van , drove to Spanish Fork. Brian made the repairs , drove my van back , delivering it to me at just after 1 PM.I can not sat "Thank You" or praise Compassion Mobility enough for their kindness and service. The staff truly is conpassionate knowledgeable. The owners truly care about the people they help. They have TONS of different options of chairs both for daily use for recreational use. My mom which had pool got so excited to hear about the chairs for going on trails
my handicap lift went out and I drove over there and they immediately fixed it for me and had amazing service. Love them.
Compassion mobility was so friendly and easy to deal with that I took a nap while they took care of everything else! They also helped us out tremendously with a trade-in that we thought would not be accepted anywhere.
I cannot say enough good things about this business. I bought an action tracker chair from them last year and absolutely LOVE it! I use it at least once a week in what I call "Adaptive Hiking". This year they totally saved my bacon after another company had been taking me for a ride. They totally fixed the problem with my vehicle lift, communicated with the manufacturer about the situation, and fixed a few more issues I'd been having with my adaptations in my car. I travel all the way from St. George for their help because they're THAT good. They really care about people and are just the best. 💚💙
Compassion Mobility stands up to its name! I've never been treated so kindly and spoiled so much! They truly care and do whatever it takes to take care of your wants and needs!I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with mobility. They are worth the drive to Spanish Fork!
I don’t know enough positive adjectives to describe Compassion Mobility. From the time that Tonya came running across the parking lot of a car wash while I was sitting in my wheelchair accessible van to tell me that they were going to be opening a new business in a couple of days, through the services on my van and one of my power wheelchairs until when we purchased a new van last week, I have been amazed with their efficiency, integrity, openness and amazing friendliness. Their pricing is better than any other mobility dealership I’ve been to. Best of all, they proactively reach out to the disabled community and make us feel like family. They are a rare gem.
Robert and Tanya were absolutely great to work with! Very knowledgeable. Very friendly. Very easy going and accommodating. We had an exceptionally good experience working with them and ultimately purchasing a conversion van that was perfect for our needs. In addition, their follow-up service was exceptional. I would highly recommend Compassion Mobility and Robert and Tanya if you are in the market for a conversion van or any other kind of mobility equipment.

I found Compassion Mobility when another company wasn’t giving me the best service. Wow! What a difference. I have purchased quite a few mobility van conversions in my time, and this was, by far, the BEST experience I’ve ever had. They were attentive, empathetic, and went WAY above and beyond to help me get what I needed - even answering the phone and coming in after normal business hours to accommodate. You just will not find that elsewhere.

I recently purchased a Toyota Sienna from Tonya with Compassion Mobility. This was the first time that I had purchased a vehicle from out of state and I did the whole process remotely. I was certainly nervous with such an expensive purchase. But Tonya was able to answer my questions and set me at ease. Thank you Tonya and team for making the process as smooth as possible.
Tonya helped us rent a van to take a friend we were visiting out into the world. She went the extra mile for us and the vehicle was top-notch. We can't begin to express how grateful we are that we had that time together.

Oct 2024 update: We took the new off road three wheeler to a couple state parks. It was a wonderful experience for our special needs son. He felt secure and enjoyed the hiking trails that he can't walk on. So thankful for the use of the equipment.Thanks to Robert and Tonya we had a great experience exploring the trails of some National Parks with our special handicapped off road three wheeler. We were able to use the device without any cost. Tonya made us feel welcome and cared for, ensuring us that they wanted to simply see people enjoy creation. Thank you so much for making it a special time with our special needs son.
Had them install new hand controls, wire up a transfer seat and adjust the seat to fit me. They did a fantastic job. I live close enough to their shop, so they picked up my van and dropped it back off to my house. Amazing service. When Robert dropped it off after all the work was done, he explained everything to me and made sure I knew how to work everything. Tonya went through all my options for hand controls and made sure I got what I needed. They have been doing this for a very long time, and they have a passion for helping others. Thank you so much for a great experience.
Compassion mobility is second to none!!! Their customer service and rates can’t be beat. I was very impressed with Robert and his wife. They answered all and any of my questions with regards to renting and possibly purchasing a power chair/scooter for my mother. I highly recommend them to any and everyone. They’re awesome!! If I could give more stars I would!!
This is the first review I have ever written. The only reason why I am writing it is because I was so impressed with Compassion Mobility. I needed a van to help transport my 95 year old mom to celebrate her birthday. Compassion Mobility had already rented their van but Tonya called me and made special arrangements to get me a van to use. Tonya even met me during non business hours for me to pick up the van. Tonya and her team are amazing and I am so grateful for the help that they gave to me, my mom and family.
Rented a new Toyota Sienna with a side load wheelchair ramp for a couple of days. This is really an amazing business. They sell and rent out all types of mobility equipment. My favorite was a tracked outdoor wheelchair. Everyone was very friendly and the borrowed van worked great! We will definitely be back.
I highly recommend these guys! They had to do a bunch of modifications to my truck due to another dealership not doing it right. These guys take no short cuts. Whatever I need, I am able to call the shop and they get me right away. No more waiting for weeks to get service! Amazing people!

Exceptional Service for Accessibility NeedsTonya and Robert at Compassion Mobility in Spanish Fork are truly outstanding! Their compassion, honesty, and expertise in assisting the disabled community are unmatched. Back in 2017, they outfitted my Chevy Equinox with hand controls, and recently in 2024, they did an excellent job installing permanent ones for my work truck I highly recommend their services for anyone with accessibility needs.
Compassion Mobility in Spanish Fork Utah is by far the BEST. Very professional but very personable. We felt they listened to our concerns regarding our daughters mobility needs and they came up with the perfect solution! Our special needs daughter says they're friends for life!!!
Lets face it, a wheelchair or mobility scooter isn't anything you or I would end up using just to live. Fortunately I found Compassion Mobility. A family run business that does business the way that only a family run dealership could get away with. Their customer service, is second to none and their knowledge and expertise of the products they sell make sure that you and I don't get what we want, they provide us a product that is what we need.Robert and his staff in the service center do an amazing job. I know I will use them in the future and you should as well.

Wow! I’m speechless. My scooter suddenly wouldn’t turn on after bumping on a sidewalk. Robert took the time to talk me through to get it working again and charged me NOTHING! What an amazing human.
