Compassion Mobility!Sometimes "Thank You "does not convey the gratitude you have for the help you received.I would like to share my experience with Compassion Mobility and their service above and beyond.I live in Holladay Utah, I was at an appointment in Salt Lake City on Friday August 26 I came out of my appointment just after 3 PM, entered my Toyota conversion van to head home. When I attempted to move the drivers transfer seat in position to drive, I heard a loud bang and the seat froze . Nothing I attempted would allow the seat to move so I could transfer and drive.I was stranded , it was after 3PM on a Friday. I called all 3 mobility dealers in Salt Lake seeking help. I explained my situation and plight, not one of them would assist, telling me if I could get the van to them they would diagnose the problem , however the earliest one dealer would see me was September 6, the other two on September 16 and 19th.With no one in Salt Lake offering to help, I called Compassion Mobility in Spanish Fork. I spoke with Tonya initially who then transferred me to Robert, Tonya and Robert are the owners. After explaining the issue and my plight, Robert diagnosed the problem over the phone, contacted B&D ordered the parts to be shipped overnight on Monday as it was too late on Friday to ship.My brothers assisted me getting the van home. Parts arrived early Tuesday morning, Brian came to my home at 9:15 , picked up my van , drove to Spanish Fork. Brian made the repairs , drove my van back , delivering it to me at just after 1 PM.I can not sat "Thank You" or praise Compassion Mobility enough for their kindness and service. Thanks to Robert and Tonya we had a great experience exploring the trails of Zion National Park in our special handicapped off road three wheeler. We were able to use the device without any cost. Tonya made us feel welcome and cared for, ensuring us that they wanted to simply see people enjoy creation. Thank you so much for making it a special time with our special needs son.

I don’t know enough positive adjectives to describe Compassion Mobility. From the time that Tonya came running across the parking lot of a car wash while I was sitting in my wheelchair accessible van to tell me that they were going to be opening a new business in a couple of days, through the services on my van and one of my power wheelchairs until when we purchased a new van last week, I have been amazed with their efficiency, integrity, openness and amazing friendliness. Their pricing is better than any other mobility dealership I’ve been to. Best of all, they proactively reach out to the disabled community and make us feel like family. They are a rare gem.

Had them install new hand controls, wire up a transfer seat and adjust the seat to fit me. They did a fantastic job. I live close enough to their shop, so they picked up my van and dropped it back off to my house. Amazing service. When Robert dropped it off after all the work was done, he explained everything to me and made sure I knew how to work everything. Tonya went through all my options for hand controls and made sure I got what I needed. They have been doing this for a very long time, and they have a passion for helping others. Thank you so much for a great experience.

I found Compassion Mobility when another company wasn’t giving me the best service. Wow! What a difference. I have purchased quite a few mobility van conversions in my time, and this was, by far, the BEST experience I’ve ever had. They were attentive, empathetic, and went WAY above and beyond to help me get what I needed - even answering the phone and coming in after normal business hours to accommodate. You just will not find that elsewhere.
